2. Purpose of this website

This website provides information about ClickMovil vending machines for hotels, car-rental businesses and other tourist venues, and helps customers who need assistance with a machine or product. The website does not take product orders: purchases are made directly at the machine, where product information and the terms shown on screen are available before payment is confirmed.

3. Purchases from vending machines

The price and product details shown on the machine before payment, together with the purchase receipt, describe the transaction. The seller of products in ClickMovil machines is ANSITEL TECH, S.L., unless a machine or receipt expressly identifies a different seller. For help, email info@clickmovil.com or call +34 623 055 959. Include the venue, machine ID or location, approximate date and time, product, and receipt reference if available. Do not send full card details, PINs or security codes.

4. Returns and right of withdrawal

Purchases made through vending machines are excluded from the distance-contract regime referred to in Article 93(1)(l) of Spain's consolidated Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007); therefore, no general automatic 14-day withdrawal period is offered for these purchases. This does not limit statutory rights where a product is defective or non-conforming. Contact customer support so we can review the case and explain the applicable steps.

5. Legal conformity and warranty

Products must conform to their description and applicable legal requirements. If a product is non-conforming, consumers may exercise the remedies provided by law. For new goods, the general statutory liability period for lack of conformity is three years from delivery under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Each case will be assessed under the applicable law; buying from a machine does not remove statutory rights. Keep the purchase receipt and contact support.

6. Website use and intellectual property

Users must use the website lawfully and respectfully, without compromising its security or infringing other people's rights. Text, brands, images and other content belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Privacy and cookies

Personal-data processing and cookie use are explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can contact the controller at info@clickmovil.com.

8. Complaints and applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, disputes will be heard by the bodies and courts determined by mandatory rules; nothing here waives any rights or venue to which you are legally entitled. For questions or complaints, use the customer-support contact details above.
