Terms of Service


This document governs the use of the website www.clickmovil.com (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”), operated by ClickMovil (hereinafter, the “PROVIDER”). By using the WEBSITE, the client (hereinafter, the “USER”) fully and unreservedly accepts all provisions contained in these terms and conditions. This agreement establishes the rules of conduct, rights, and obligations for both the USER and the PROVIDER, fostering a secure and transparent environment for both parties.


The PROVIDER, owner of the WEBSITE, complies with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), providing clear information regarding its contact details, services offered, and applicable legal conditions.

Access to the WEBSITE implies acceptance of these terms. The PROVIDER reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Such modifications will take effect upon their publication on the WEBSITE, and it is the USER’s responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the services after the publication of any changes shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.

The WEBSITE is informational and intended for the personal use of USERS. It provides access to a wide range of products and services related to telecommunications, offering an intuitive and efficient experience designed to meet users’ needs.

The USER agrees to:

    1.    Use the WEBSITE in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, and these terms, always acting responsibly and respectfully.

    2.    Refrain from using the WEBSITE for illegal or harmful activities, or for actions that may infringe upon the rights of third parties, including any activities that may compromise the security or integrity of the site.

    3.    Refrain from:

    •    Publishing content that is unlawful, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise contrary to the law.

    •    Introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful elements that may damage the PROVIDER’s systems or those of third parties.

    •    Accessing restricted areas of the WEBSITE without authorization, thereby protecting the confidentiality and security of the system.

    •    Collecting data for advertising, commercial, or any other purposes without the explicit consent of the affected parties.


The PROVIDER may suspend access to the WEBSITE in the event of non-compliance with these conditions and reserves the right to take additional legal action as deemed necessary.

All content on the WEBSITE, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, software, and source code, is owned by the PROVIDER or used with express authorization from the relevant rights holders. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or modification of such content without written permission is strictly prohibited, thereby protecting the applicable intellectual and industrial property rights.


Any unauthorized use will be considered a serious violation of the PROVIDER’s rights and may give rise to legal action and claims for damages.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Terms and Conditions, available on the WEBSITE, which forms an integral part of these terms. The USER has the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of their data at any time, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

1. Products: 3-year warranty in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC, provided that the defects are not a result of misuse.

2. Withdrawal: Right of return within 14 calendar days, with the product and packaging in its original condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the USER, except for exceptions specified by law.

The PROVIDER is not responsible for:

  1. Information manipulated or altered by third parties outside of their control.
  2. Damages arising from technical errors, interruptions, or circumstances of force majeure that are beyond their immediate resolution capacity.

The PROVIDER guarantees the maintenance of the WEBSITE, except in exceptional circumstances that may prevent it.

The parties submit to the current Spanish legislation. In the event of disputes, the competent courts shall be those of the domicile of the PROVIDER, unless a legal provision to the contrary establishes a different jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and applicable, adapting as necessary to ensure the coherence of the document.

The WEBSITE uses cookies to optimise the USER's experience. These are temporary and do not collect personal information. The USER can configure their browser to block cookies, although this may affect the site's performance and the availability of certain functionalities.
